I offer an initial free telephone consultation to explore how I can support you with your journey to a healthier and more contented life.

Following this, we can meet and make a plan to meet your needs. I work using a range of different methods to support you – this can include meditation and mindfulness techniques, goal setting, visualisation and finding creative ways of managing stress, such as the use of music, art, and exercise.

In addition to a comfortable, low allergy consulting room, I have a large, peaceful garden, with access to lovely riverside walks from the garden gate, which we can make use of as part of our sessions.

I develop a package specifically to suit your needs and hope to bring more joy and peace to your life through helping you to develop skills to manage the challenges that life can bring.

Sessions are £40 per hour and can be face to face (with appropriate Covid-19 safety measures/when possible within local restrictions), on the telephone or via Skype.

I offer a variable payment scale to ensure that people on a lower or restricted income are able to access support. Please feel free to call me or email me to discuss this further. A £5 per session discount is available for emergency service personnel and frontline NHS staff.

I am based in south Birmingham, within easy reach of public transport. I am less than a mile from Yardley  Wood train station, and within walking distance of a number of bus routes including the 2, 3, 11A, 27 and 76 routes. There is on road parking available, if you are travelling by car.
